The infusions have been fermented using the unique Flora Ferm process which helps make them more bio- available and adds good bacteria.

History

The tradition of drinking tea or infusions has been practiced and enjoyed for centuries. Chinese Emperor Shen Nung, a renowned herbalist accidentally discovered tea. Legend has it that in 2737 BC, Shen Nung was sitting under a tree while his servant boiled drinking water.

When some leaves from the tree fell into the water, Shen Nung decided to taste the infusion. The tree was Camellia sinensis, and the resulting drink is what we now know as tea. Since then herbal infusions have been prepared by people of many cultures throughout the world.

To use

Place 1 to 2 teaspoons into your tea pot, add boiling water and infuse for 5 to 10 minutes, pour through a strainer into a fine bone china cup. Then, sit yourself down in your favourite comfy spot so you can relax, inhale the aroma and enjoy every sip!
